Returns Policy

Please read carefully

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund / replacement. We will refund your payment once we have received and processed the item. For a Return Label please contact us at support@getittoday.co.uk .

We will only refund delivery costs (* to a maximum of £2.00) relating to your returned item if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you due to our error, in cases where item is found to be faulty a replacement will provided.

Any returned item must be posted via recorded mail. We will not under any circumstances accept liability for items returned by you but not received by us.

All returned items must be received by us within 7 days of your receiving it.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for items that have incompatibility issues with your equipment, including but not restricted to, PC games where PC requirements to run the game are not met by your equipment.

Items damaged or lost whilst in postal transit will be subject to investigation by us and a replacement / refund will only be made when verification of acceptance of liability has been received by us from the postal / courier company used to deliver your goods.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

We shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment that result in damage, delay or misinterpretation of goods supplied.

We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. This will not exceed £2.00 for DVDs, CDs and video games. Postage costs for electronics and gadgets will depend on the item.

We advise you to check any DVD, CD or video game on a second machine and to check any gadget and its instructions carefully before returning it. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.

We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by DVD players that have been modified to disable regional encoding.

We reserve the right to amend any or all of the above statements at any stage within the future and agree that should any such change occur that notification of such change will be placed on our homepage www.getittoday.co.uk
