We aim to have your order delivered to your door within 5 working days via signed for mail ( NB: Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday, UK Bank Holidays & may vary at Seasonal Periods) from receipt of cleared funds, subject to postal services. However we ask customers to give up to 10 working days before notifying us via ebay that your order has not arrived. Should your order fail to arrive within 10 days we will acknowledge and log your message and make enquiries into the whereabouts of your order, however please note that In the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit, 21 days from date of purchase must elapse prior to dispatch of replacement. Please note that redispatch of any items returned to us due to a failed delivery and/or failed collection will result in additional delivery charges
UK Buyers

We always recommend that customers remember to include postal insurance at time of purchase. Most Items are sold including postal Insurance, however some items do not automatically include postal insurance. For verification that postal insurance was included or purchased at the time of order, please review your item's auction page. Please note that re-dispatch of any items returned to us due to a failed delivery and/or failed collection will result in additional delivery charges
We do not however provide refunds or replacements for items that have incompatibility issues with your equipment, including but not restricted to, PC games where PC requirements to run the game are not met by your equipment. Postage Costs for returned item is non refundable. Any returned item must be posted via recorded mail. We will not under any circumstances accept liability for items returned by you but not received by us.
In cases where Postal Insurance was included at time of purchase:
Item must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. A replacement will be provided, we will only provide a refund in cases where a replacement of the original item is not available.
In cases where Postal Insurance was not included at time of purchase:
Refunds cannot be made for any item that has been damaged or lost in transit.
Question: I would like to purchase an item with my credit / debit card, but I don't have a PayPal Account ?
Answer: You do not require a PayPal account to make your credit / debit card payment. Simply select the Pay by PayPal icon / link on the auction item's page and then select pay by credit / debit card and follow the instructions. Please ensure that you include your correct postal code when entering your postal address. Should you experience any difficulties please feel free to contact us.
Question: Do you dispatch outside the listed countries for the item I am interested in?
Answer: No. Unfortunately we do not at present offer delivery to countries outside of the listed area.
Question: The courier service attempted a delivery when I was out. How do I get my item(s) ?
Answer: Please contact your local Royal Mail Delivery Office for advice, items are usually held there for a period of 7 - 10 days awaiting collection or redelivery can be arranged with them. In most circumstances the Royal Mail will leave a 'While you were out' Card at your address with further instructions. Please note that re-dispatch of any items returned to us due to a failed delivery and/or failed collection will result in additional delivery charges.
Question: I have Posted a Cheque / Postal order to you and you have confirmed receipt, but my ebay does not show you have received it. Why ?
Answer: We will generally notify you when we are in receipt of your cheque / postal order by ebay mail. However in the case of a cheque or crossed postal order your ebay records will not be marked as paid until such time as the funds have cleared. For payments by crossed Postal orders generally this is a period of 3 working days and for a Personal cheque generally 5 - 7 working days from date received.
Question: I have made my payment via PayPal using the eCheque method of payment and have not yet received my item(s)
Answer: Payments via PayPal by eCheque ( electronic cheque ) can take up to 11 working days to become cleared funds. Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds. To find the estimated clearance date for your payment, please log into your PayPal account and review your payment transaction.
Question: I noticed that you include an additional charge for Insurance with your post and packing charge, What does that cover, How do I benefit? and Must I have it?
Answer: In auctions where Additional Insurance ( which is usually a £1 depending upon value of purchase) is required, the charge is non-negotiable. Our Insurance covers your item(s) against the risk of Items being lost in transit resulting in Non Delivery and/or items that have been damaged whilst in transit. In the event of this happening you will not have to file a claim or chase compensation with the courier saving you time and the added inconvenience in receiving a refund/replacement.
